We process your personal data in order to conclude and/or perform the contract and to enable it
and maintaining contact with the Customer with whom ALFATEX Sp. z o. o. intends to enter into or has entered into a contract.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

• conclusion and/or performance of the contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller
• performance of the contract by the administrator;
• processing of data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
• data processing necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
• Providing us with your personal data was voluntary, but necessary to conclude a sales contract.

We may transfer your data:

• persons authorized by us - our employees and associates who must have access to data to perform their duties,

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
